College Volleyball: Huskers, Bluejays Both Off to 3-0 Starts

In college volleyball, No. 1 Nebraska picked up its third straight sweep by taking three hard-fought sets over Pepperdine on Saturday night. 

Madi Kubik recorded a match-high 11 kills and added six digs as the Huskers improved to 3-0. 

Meantime, 18th-ranked Creighton was also completing a 3-0 trip to Laramie, Wyoming with a 3-1 win over the Cowboys in the Rumble in the Rockies title match. 

The Bluejays’ Norah Sis was named the tournament’s MVP.
