CHS Soccer Clubs Fall Thursday to Lincoln Teams

In prep soccer on Thursday, the Columbus girls fell to Lincoln Pius X 3-1 at the CHS Turf Field.
Charli Preister scored the Discoverers lone goal in the first half off an assist from Carly Gaedeke. The Thunderbolts led 2-1 at halftime. The loss dropped Columbus to 2-2.
In boys action, Columbus lost 1-0 at Lincoln High. The Discoverers’ second straight 1-0 loss evened their record at 2-2.
