Cardinals Entertain Ashland-Greenwood in C1 Semifinals Tonight

Boone Central hosts Ashland-Greenwood in the Class C1 football semifinals tonight. 

Cardinals coach Mark Hudson was asked how he gets his team mentally prepared with it being just one win away from making the state championship.  

“We’ve haven’t really talked about playoffs being different,” Hudson said.  “We’ve acted like we expect to be in Lincoln and if we don’t we’ll live with the results because we’ve done our best.  I think that’s given them (the players) a relaxed, free approach.”
