Nebraska’s football team needs a victory this Friday over Iowa in order to go bowling for the first time since 2016.

After yesterday’s practice, coach Scott Frost was asked if that fact and the fact that it’s Senior Day adds to the excitement this week.  “I think it’s special for all the guys the last time they get a chance to be out there,” Frost said.  “Hopefully, in a game like this, playing a really good team, last game of the year, you don’t need any more juice.”

Friday’s game at Memorial Stadium is set for a 1:30 p.m. kickoff.  The pre-game starts at 8:30 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK and will be joined at 1 o’clock on KLIR 101.
