Bluejays Women Knocked Off by Hoyas in Big East Tourney

The 21st-ranked and second-seeded Creighton women’s basketball club suffered a 54-46 loss to sixth-seeded Georgetown Sunday in the Big East tournament semifinals.
The loss dropped the Bluejays to 25-5 on the season.
The Hoyas improved to 22-10 and advanced to their first Big East tournament championship in program history.
