In college baseball, Nebraska went 2-0 against New Mexico State in Lincoln.
The Huskers cruised to a 14-2 victory Friday, then shaded the Aggies 2-1 Saturday before Sunday’s series finale was canceled by bad weather.
Creighton scored eight runs in the top of the ninth to shock Stanford 8-2 on Sunday. The Bluejays, who won Saturday’s series opener 3-2, will go for a sweep this afternoon.
