Young Named CCC’s Interim Head Volleyball Coach

Central Community College has announced that athletic director Mary Young will serve as interim head coach of the Raiders’ volleyball team this season.
The move comes after Abby Pollart, who led the club for two years, left CCC to become head volleyball coach at University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Young led the Raiders to 17 conference championships and 10 regional titles, while compiling a record of 720-362. CCC says a nationwide search for its next head volleyball coach will begin this fall. The team will open the 2021 season by hosting the Central Kickoff Classic on August 20th and 21st.
