Wrestling: Lakeview Girls Win Fairbury Invite

The Lakeview girls wrestling team earned first place at the Fairbury Invite yesterday.
The Vikings tallied 96 points, topping the 14-team field and finishing 14 points ahead of second-place Nebraska City.
Two Vikings earned gold medals. Lacy Lemburg recorded three wins, two by pins, to place first at 114 pounds and improve to 8-0. Makiaya De La Cruz pinned all three of her opponents at 165 pounds and is now 8-2.
