The Columbus High wrestling squad finished third out of six teams competing in Saturday’s Millard South Varsity Invitational. 

The Discoverers scored 116 points, while the host Patriots won the event with 218. 

Blayze Standley was the only individual champion for Columbus, winning all five of his matches at 170 pounds. 

Meanwhile, Scotus finished fourth out of five teams at the Bergan Duals.  The Shamrocks defeated the host Knights in the first round, before losing to Elkhorn and Millard North.  After a bye, Scotus fell in the fifth round to Fort Calhoun.
