Women’s Hoops Recap for Huskers, Bluejays

The Nebraska women’s basketball club ended the regular season with an 83-75 loss at Iowa on Saturday night.  The Huskers are 11-11, 9-10 in the Big Ten. 

NU is seeded eighth in this week’s conference tourney and will play ninth-seeded Minnesota Wednesday morning.  

The Creighton women’s basketball squad saw its Big East tournament run end yesterday with a 64-59 loss to Marquette.  In their first two tourney games, the Bluejays had knocked off Georgetown on Friday and Seton Hall on Saturday. 

CU wound up 9-11 overall, 6-7 in the conference.
