Women’s Hoops: Huskers, Bluejays Drop Road Games

The Nebraska women’s basketball club suffered an 80-65 loss at number 17 Maryland on Sunday. 

The Huskers slipped to 17-5 overall and 6-5 in Big Ten play.  NU visits Ohio State tomorrow night for a 6 p.m. game. 

Meanwhile, the Creighton women were shaded by Marquette 50-47 yesterday in Milwaukee.  The loss dropped the Bluejays to 16-7 and 11-4 in the Big East.  CU will host Xaivier on Friday.
