Without Mack, Huskers Suffer 20th Loss of Season

Nebraska men’s basketball dropped a 71-59 decision at Illinois last night.  The Huskers played without Cam Mack, who remained in Lincoln because of an illness. 

NU was tied with Illinois early in the second half, but the Illini went on an 11-1 run to assume control.  Nebraska’s 12th straight defeat leaves it at 7-20, 2-14 in the Big Ten.

The Huskers entertain Ohio State on Thursday.
