With Bentz Resting, Lakeview Softball is Crushed at Crete

Lakeview’s softball team could not muster a hit in a 13-0 loss in three innings last night at Crete.
Vikings coach Jasey Reinhart was resting pitcher Cali Bentz for the postseason. Crete took advantage by scoring eight runs in the first inning. The loss dropped Lakeview to 7-16.
Next up for the Vikings is the Central Conference Tournament on Thursday in Seward.
