Wake Forest Dominates, Oral Roberts a Cinderella in Regionals

No. 1 national seed Wake Forest completed one of the most dominant runs through an NCAA baseball tournament regional this weekend. 

The Demon Deacons beat George Mason 15-1 in the final in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and outscored their regional opponents by a combined 48-7. 

Oral Roberts became the eighth No. 4 regional seed since 2006 to reach the super regionals when it edged Dallas Baptist 6-5.  Seven other teams have advanced to the super regionals, including Virginia, Indiana State, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas and Oregon. 

Seven other regional champions will be crowned today.
