Volleyball Thursday: CHS Victorious, Scotus Wins Twice

In prep volleyball last night, Columbus won on its home court, beating Lincoln North Star in four sets. 

The Discoverers won 25-18, 22-25, 26-24, 25-21.  Addie Johnson led Columbus with 25 kills and had 16 digs.  CHS will take a 3-4 record into this weekend’s Bellevue East Invitational. 

Meanwhile, Scotus posted a pair of 2-0 victories at the Malcolm Invite. 

The Shamrocks downed Fort Calhoun 25-8, 25-14 and beat Milford 25-14, 25-22.  Hailey Steffensmeier led a balanced Scotus attack with 11 kills.  Scotus is 8-3 on the year.
