Volleyball: Raiders Sweep Southeast CC in Playoff Opener

CCC’s volleyball team swept Southeast CC in last night’s opening round of the Region 9 playoffs.
Central took the match at Raider Fieldhouse 25-8, 25-13, 25-23. Ashley Brown led CCC with 13 kills and had 19 digs. Emily Otten had 11 kills, 16 digs and two aces as the Raiders upped their record to 18-17.
Central advanced to Saturday’s regional championship at North Platte. First serve is slated for 3 p.m.
