Volleyball Goes 1-2 in Region IX Tournament

The CCC volleyball squad won its first match of the Region IX tournament last Friday, but then was eliminated with two straight losses. 

On Friday, the Raiders defeated Southeast CC 3-0 as Shania Borchers had nine kills and three blocks before falling to North Platte CC in four sets. 

Central lost to Southeast CC in three sets on Saturday to wind up with a 19-19 record.
