Vedral to Play for NU Conference Foe Rutgers
Quarterback Noah Vedral has gone from playing for Nebraska to potentially playing against the Huskers this fall.
Vedral, who announced earlier he was transferring from NU, committed to Rutgers on Wednesday. The Bishop Neumann graduate will compete for the starting job with the Scarlet Knights.
Vedral is a graduate transfer who played for Nebraska the past two seasons, mostly as a backup to Adrian Martinez. He came off the bench to lead the Huskers to a win over Northwestern last season.
Vedral has two seasons of eligibility remaining.
