Twin River Student Struck By Motorist Monday

GENOA- At 7:55 am Monday, a student at Twin Rivers School in Genoa was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street by the school.
According to the Nance County Sheriff’s Office, the Genoa Rescue Squad was dispatched and quickly responded to the scene and transported to the Genoa Community Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was cited for willful reckless driving and his driver’s license has been submitted to the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles for review.
