Tominaga To Play for Japan in FIBA Asia Cup

Keisei Tominaga of the Nebraska men’s basketball team has been selected to represent his native Japan in the 2022 Fiba Asia Cup.
Japan opens play in the 16-team tournament today against Kazakhstan, before facing Syria on Friday and Iran on Sunday.
Tominaga made his senior national team debut earlier this month at the FIBA World Cup Asian qualifier. The 6-foot-2 guard averaged 17.5 points over two games.
