Thursday’s Prep Basketball Results

In high school basketball, Lakeview split games last night at Douglas County West.

The Vikings boys were edged by the Falcons 46-45.  Evan Tessendorf led Lakeview with 13 points. The loss dropped the Vikings record to 4-6.

The Lady Vikes are also 4-6 after their 35-23 win over DC West.  Both Lakeview clubs host Grand Island Northwest tonight. The girls’ game tips off at 6:15 p.m., with the boys contest to start at 8 p.m.

Meantime, the Scotus girls fell at home to York 43-40.  The Shamrocks’ third straight loss dropped their record to 4-7.

The Scotus girls host Bishop Neumann tomorrow at 2:30 p.m., while the boys are off until next Tuesday when both Shamrocks teams visit Norfolk Catholic.
