Thursday’s Cross Country Results for CHS, Lakeview

In cross country, the Columbus girls and boys both placed eighth in yesterday’s Lincoln North Star Invite. 

The Discoverers’ lone medal was earned by Melissa Gomez-Vazquez, who was 14th in the girls’ run. 

Lakeview’s girls were fourth and the boys took fifth at the North Bend Invite.  The Vikings Elle Badstieber was third in the girls race.  Two Lakeview boys medaled, as Kenden Henk finished 12th, two places ahead of Eli Escen.
