Three Jays Baseball Players Receive Preseason Honors

Three Creighton baseball players have been selected to the preseason All-Big East team. 

Outfielder Nolan Sailors, second baseman Kyle Hess, and starter Dominic Canellieri were voted onto the team and the Bluejays were picked to finish fourth by the conference’s coaches. 

Sailors was one of three unanimous selections to the 21-member preseason team.  In the preseason poll, the Jays were picked to finish behind UConn, selected to defend its Big East crown, second-place Xavier and No. 3 St. John’s. 

CU opens the season February 14-16 at UNC Greensboro.
