Three Nebraska pitchers combined on a four-hitter in a 1-0 victory over Northern Colorado Tuesday evening. 

Braxton Bragg worked the first three innings in his first career start. Shay Schanaman followed and set career-highs with five innings and six strikeouts.  Paul Tillotson earned his second save of the season with a scoreless ninth inning.

The Huskers have won five of their last six games to improve to 6-8.

They’ll host the Bears today to conclude the two-game set.  First pitch at Haymarket Park is set for 1:35 p.m.
