Three Nebraska baseball players have snagged Big Ten preseason honors.  Aaron Palensky, Spencer Schwellenbach and Gareth Stroh made the honors list.

Palensky is a junior and was a second-team All-Big Ten pick last season, when the outfielder led the Huskers in nearly every hitting category.  Schwellenbach is a sophomore infielder and right-handed pitcher.  Stroh is a senior lefty, who sat out last season after transferring from Purdue.

The Big Ten preseason coaches’ poll picks Nebraska to finish fourth in the conference.

The Huskers open their baseball season tomorrow night at Baylor.
