Texas Sprinter Becomes Rhule’s First Commit
A Texas high school sprinter has committed to Nebraska for both football and track.
Brice Turner, who announced he was new coach Matt Rhule’s first commit on Twitter, was a state track champion in the 100 and 200 meters. Turner, who can play at running back or wide receiver, compiled 803 yards and eight touchdowns for Bay City High.
In other recruiting news, Pierce receiver Ben Brahmer has decommitted from the Huskers and has now pledged to play at Iowa State.
