Tennis: CHS Wins Lightning-Shortened Dual at Norfolk

In girls’ tennis Tuesday, Columbus High beat rival Norfolk 4-2 on the road in a dual that was abbreviated by lightning.
Logan Kapels was leading her #1 singles match 6-2 and teamed up with Sarah Lasso for an 8-4 win in #1 doubles. Abby Loeffelholz took her #3 singles match 8-4 and combined with Taylor Loontjer to record an 8-1 victory in #2 doubles.
Macy Szatko won 8-4 in #5 singles.
