Supernovas Finalize Roster, Which Includes Former Huskers, Bluejays

The Omaha Supernovas have finalized their roster for the 2025 season, which begins Friday night at home against the Atlanta Vibe.

The 28-player roster includes several players with ties to Nebraska and Creighton.  Ally Batenhorst, who spent most of her career with the Huskers before a final year at USC, is an outside hitter. Another outside hitter, Lindsay Krause, is a former Husker.  Two middle blockers, Kayla Caffey and Kaitlyn Hord, also spent part of their collegiate careers at NU.

Former Creighton star Kendra Wait joins the Supernovas, as does libero Allison Whitten who played for CU and Morehead State.

First serve Friday is set for 7 p.m. at the CHI Health Center.
