Subdistrict Soccer: Scotus vs. Lakeview Girls Moved to Pawnee Park

Scotus will face rival Lakeview in this evening’s girls soccer subdistrict final, which has been moved to Pawnee Park. 

In Monday’s semifinals at Wilderness Park, the No. 1 seed Shamrocks defeated South Sioux City 10-0.  Emma Brezenski scored six goals for the Shamrocks, who improved to 11-3.  In the other semifinal, the third-seeded Vikings knocked off No. 2 Schuyler 3-2.  Lakeview improved to 5-6, while the Warriors finished with a 10-5 record. 

In the boys subdistrict semifinals at Schuyler, No. 2 seed Scotus blanked Seward 3-0.  The Shamrocks upped their record to 8-6.  The top-seeded Warriors cruised to a 10-0 triumph over Lakeview.  Schuyler moved to 12-3, while the Vikings finished 0-12.
