State Volleyball Begins Today for Some Teams, Thursday for Others

The state volleyball tournament gets underway today for teams in Classes A, B and C1.
Thursday will see quarterfinal action in Classes C2, D1 and D2. In C2, No. 2 seed Clarkson-Leigh faces Crofton tomorrow at 5 p.m., while No. 6 Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family battles Oakland-Craig in the 7 p.m. match at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Play-by-play of both matches will be broadcast on 93.5 The Hawk.
A D2 quarterfinal between seventh-seeded Central Valley and Overton will be aired tomorrow at 9 a.m. on KZ-100.
