Solich’s Induction into College Football Hall of Fame is Tonight

Frank Solich will be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame tonight at the National Football Foundation awards dinner in Las Vegas. 

The former Nebraska coach and player is one of 22 individuals named to the 2024 Hall of Fame Class.  Solich becomes the seventh Husker coach in the Hall of Fame.  Overall, Nebraska has 27 members in the Hall, including 20 players. 

During his 22 seasons as a head coach, Solich had a record of 173-101, including a 58-19 mark at NU, which was followed by 115 wins at Ohio University.  During his playing and coaching tenure at Nebraska, all 29 Husker teams played in a bowl game.
