Softball: NU Goes 1-2, CU Ends Skid, CCC Splits DH

In college softball this weekend, Nebraska went 1-2 in a home series against Michigan. 

The Huskers are 25-12 overall and 5-2 in the Big Ten. 

Creighton halted a 10-game losing skid with a 9-1 home victory in five innings Sunday in the final game of a three-game series against Butler.  The Bluejays improved to 14-21 and 1-8 in Big East play. 

CCC split a doubleheader at home yesterday against North Central Missouri College.  The Raiders were shaded 9-8 in the opener, but won the second game 6-3.  Central is now 14-11.
