Softball: Lakeview Blanked, CHS Drops Pair

It was a tough start to the season last night for the softball squads from Columbus High and Lakeview.
The Vikings were held to one hit and fell to Grand Island Central Catholic 14-0 in three innings at Lakeview.
Meanwhile, the Discoverers lost both ends of a home doubleheader to Lincoln North Star. The Navigators won by scores of 3-2 and 8-2.
