Softball: Columbus Splits, Lakeview Wins Again

In prep softball Thursday, Columbus split a doubleheader at Lincoln Southeast.
The Discoverers fell to the Knights 9-7 in the opener, but won the nightcap 12-7. CHS is 11-12 and is back in Lincoln tomorrow to play in the Southeast Invite.
Lakeview recorded a 5-2 home win over Aurora. Ayshia DeLancey was 3-for-3 with a double and three RBI as the Vikings improved to 14-5.
Lakeview plays in the Central City Invite tomorrow.
