Today’s snow wiped out many high school sports events.

The girls and boys basketball games in Albion between Boone Central and Stanton that were to have been aired on KZ-100 tonight have been postponed.  A make-up date has not been decided.

The basketball contests at Scotus between the Shamrocks and Lincoln Christian that were scheduled to be broadcast on KLIR 101 are also postponed with no make-up date announced. Also snowed out today is a wrestling invitational at Syracuse that Scotus was to have competed in.

Lakeview’s basketball games scheduled at Centennial High in Utica tonight are also postponed with the make-up date TBA.

And at mid-morning, Columbus High announced that hazardous weather and road conditions have caused their basketball contests at Lexington today to be postponed.  The games have been rescheduled for February 13 with the girls tipoff set for 5 p.m. and the boys to follow around 6:30 p.m.

Also, the CCC women’s basketball game against North Platte CC that had been scheduled for 5:30 p.m. today has been postponed until Saturday.  It will tip off at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Raider Fieldhouse.
