Short-Handed Huskers Downed by Northwestern

The short-handed Nebraska men’s basketball team fell to Northwestern 78-63 at Pinnacle Bank Arena. 

Keisei Tominaga paced the Huskers with 22 points, but Ty Berry made six 3-pointers and tallied 26 points for the Wildcats.  Nebraska, which has recently lost Juwan Gary and Emmanuel Bandoumel to season-ending injuries, slipped to 10-11 overall and 3-7 in the Big Ten. 

Northwestern’s win was its seventh straight against the Huskers.
