Shelley Scores 31 Points as Huskers Crush Wisconsin

Jaz Shelley scored 31 points as the Nebraska women rolled to an 82-54 victory over Wisconsin last night at Pinnacle Bank Arena. 

Playing without three starters because of injuries, the Huskers still moved to 7-3 overall and 2-0 in the Big Ten.  Nebraska knocked down 13-of-28 three-pointers, including 7-of-12 shooting from Shelley. 

Humphrey’s Allison Weidner filled the scorebook with 13 points, five rebounds, seven assists, a block and a steal. 

The Huskers host Samford Saturday night.
