Scotus Sees Scouts Tonight in Girls Subdistrict Final

Scotus and David City posted wins in the girls basketball C1-7 subdistrict semifinals last night. 

The number-one seed Shamrocks beat Boone Central 43-24 in the first game at the Dowd Activity Center.  In the nightcap, the second-seeded Scouts downed Lakeview 45-30. 

The Vikings’ season ended at 9-13, while the Cardinals finished 6-16. 

In tonight’s subdistrict final, Scotus takes its 14-8 mark against 16-7 David City.  Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. on KLIR 101. 

On 93.5 The Hawk tonight, it’s a 6:30 p.m. start for Cross County at Centennial in the girls C2-7 subdistrict final. 

In Wednesday’s D1-6 subdistrict semifinals, East Butler downed Twin River 50-43 and Central Valley defeated Palmer 44-20.
