Scotus Hoops Splits Twinbill vs. Two Different Foes

In high school basketball last night, Scotus split a home twinbill against two different opponents.
The Shamrocks girls knocked off Lakeview 52-30. Janae Rusher scored 18 points to lead Scotus, which finished the regular season at 13-8. Despite Reese Janssen’s game-high 19 points, Lakeview lost its fourth straight to slip to 9-11.
The Vikings wrap up the regular season at Central City tomorrow.
In the boys game at the Dowd Activity Center, Wahoo pulled away to down Scotus 73-56. The Shamrocks hit 11 three-pointers, six by Jackson Heng who had 18 points. But, Scotus fell to 6-13.
