Scotus Girls Golf Ties For Third in Wayne, CHS 4th in Lincoln

The Scotus girls’ golf club tied for third place in a tournament at Wayne yesterday. 

The Shamrocks carded a team score of 416 at Wayne Country Club.  Scotus’ Cecilia Arndt fired an 85 to finish second individually and Alaina Dierman shot a 94, good for fifth. 

Meantime, Columbus High finished in fourth in Thursday’s Lincoln East Invite.  The 13-team event was held at Mahoney Golf Course. 

The Discoverers posted a team score of 358, while Lincoln Pius X won the tourney at 336.  Jacey Hughes and Sarah Lasso each led CHS by shooting 87.
