Scotus, Fleming, Finish Third in Conference Golf Tourney

Scotus finished third in the Centennial Conference boys golf tournament Saturday at Quail Run.
Nick Fleming was also third in the individual standings.
As a team, the Shamrocks posted a 325, eight strokes behind champion Kearney Catholic. Fleming shot a 74, two strokes behind tourney winner Nash Malone of the Stars. Kaden Backman of Scotus earned 10th place with an 81.
Aquinas was at the bottom of the 10-team field after carding a 401. Dayne Jakub led the Monarchs with an 85.
