Scotus Boys Win Cross Country Conference Crown

The Centennial Conference cross country championship was held yesterday at Pioneers Park in Lincoln.
The Scotus Central Catholic boys team won the title, while Aquinas finished third. Monarchs senior Payton Davis won the boys 5K run, while Shamrocks senior Nicolas Schultz had the fastest time for Scotus and placed fifth.
In the girls race, Scotus took third and Aquinas was fifth in the team standings. Shamrocks senior Olivia Fehringer finished fourth, while Monarchs freshman Gianna Frasher took eighth.
