Scotus Boys Golf Team Wins GICC Invite

The Scotus boys golf team took first place at yesterday’s GICC Crusader Invitational. The Shamrocks carded a team score of 311, finishing 20 strokes ahead of runner-up Aurora.
Seth VunCannon fired a 76 to earn second place individually. Three other Shamrocks finished in the top seven as Nolan Fleming’s 77 was good for fourth, one spot ahead of Nicklaus Fleming who shot a 78, and Patrick Arndt carded an 80.
Fullerton placed 11th and Central City had the highest team score in the 14-team field.
