Scotus Boys Fall, Girls Win in Soccer Subdistricts

The Scotus boys soccer club fell in their subdistrict final at Schuyler last night.
The Shamrocks were edged by the Warriors 3-2 after Schuyler won a shootout 5-3. The Warriors improved to 13-2, while the Shamrocks fell to 12-4.
At Wilderness Park, the Scotus girls blanked South Sioux City 3-0 in their subdistrict semifinal. Mia Fehringer scored two goals to help the Shamrocks improve to 12-2.
In today’s subdistrict final, Scotus will meet Lutheran High/Norfolk Catholic, which downed Schuyler 3-1 yesterday. The Warriors ended with a 7-8 record.
