Scotus Boys Beat David City to Reach District Final

The Scotus boys basketball team has advanced to a district final.
The Shamrocks beat David City 58-50 in last night’s C1-5 subdistrict final at the Dowd Activity Center. Jack Faust, Max Wemhoff and Cohen Pelan each had 13 points for Scotus, which improved to 17-7. Caden Denker had a game-high 22 points for the Scouts, who ended the season at 16-9.
The NSAA will post district final matchups late tonight or tomorrow morning. Those games will be played next Monday and Tuesday.
