Schwellenbach Up For Two-Way Player of Year Honor

Nebraska baseball’s Spencer Schwellenbach was one of 17 players in the nation selected today to the watch list for the John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Year. 

Strictly an infielder during his first two seasons at NU, Schwellenbach has four saves in six appearances on the mound this year. 

He has also started at shortstop in all 18 games. He’s hitting .353 with three home runs and 14 RBI, while leading the Huskers with 21 runs and seven doubles.
