Scheierman Announces He’ll Return to CU Next Season

Baylor Schierman will use his extra year of eligibility and play for the Creighton men’s basketball club again next season.
He announced his decision today on social media. In his first season with the Bluejays after transferring from South Dakota State, the Aurora, Nebraska native averaged 12.8 points and 8.3 rebounds per game, helping the Jays reach the Elite Eight.
Scheierman set a CU record by making at least one 3-pointer in all 37 games he played last season.
