Saturday’s CHS Boys Game Postponed, Girls Tipoff Moved Up

Tomorrow’s scheduled boys basketball game at Columbus High against Lincoln High has been postponed.
CHS said today in a release the postponement is due to COVID issues, but it did not state if those issues are with the Discoverers, Links, or both. AD Tim Kwapnioski later said the game was being rescheduled based on a mutual agreement between the two teams. A make-up date has not been determined.
Meantime, the game times for tomorrow’s girls contests have been moved to 2 p.m. for the junior varsity and 3:45 p.m. for the varsity.
