Omaha Roncalli grad Alec Bohm doubled in his first major league at-bat for the Philadelphia Phillies last night.
Bohm, who was one of the club’s top prospects, was called up yesterday. The third baseman finished 1-for-4 in the Phillies’ 11-4 home loss to Baltimore.
Bohm was the third overall pick in the 2018 MLB Draft out of Wichita State. In the minors last season, he hit .305 with 21 home runs and 80 RBI.
