Riedmiller Taking Over as City’s Golf Course Superintendent

Longtime Van Berg Golf Course crew leader Shawn Riedmiller will be the city’s new golf course superintendent.
Riedmiller has been promoted to the role to take over for the soon-to-be retired Keith Kline. In his new role that begins next Monday, Riedmiller will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance at Quail Run and Van Berg golf courses, among other things.
A big part of the job will be continuing efforts to improve Quail Run after the extensive flooding damage it suffered in March 2019.
